About UsWhile Coin Collecting is our primary mission, we all collect many other things.
This is the age of disruptive collecting. We challenge outdated beliefs and stereotypes of how and what to collect. We spark new solutions and methodologies so all of us can choose how to enjoy what we collect. Collect what you like and want to live with., Collecting is a personal matter and only you can determine what will give you the most satisfaction. Find a category or topic that you will enjoy studying and collecting. Education will always be your best friend and it will serve you when all else fails. To get the most from your pursuits, read everything you can get your hands on and purchase the best references available for your personal library,. New research materials continue to become available and learning is an ongoing process. Remember that your local public library is a valuable resource for information about any hobby you may pursue. In Bergen County you have the resources of 77 libraries available with the click of your mouse or keyboard. There are also reference librarians who can assist in your research. Embrace technology and learn all you can. More readily available existing information on any topic can be found here as well as new research and discoveries. Learn to ask questions and share information from and with your fellow collectors. Though some may be more advanced than you, in time you will also provide knowledge to others. Join a collectors club where others who share your enthusiasm will support and guide your learning. Fellow collectors often become friends and sources for special treasures to add to your collection. Many collectors and dealers who specialize in a specific category are often eager to help educate and support fellow collectors and may even become their mentor.
